    Burnout isn’t a fad-term, it is an actual diagnosis! Burnout can have serious health consequences - both mental and physical. Many of my clients, myself included, suffer from chronic illnesses that are often triggered by stress. Together, we will reduce this stress, learn about and regulate your nervous system, and move forward with the skills needed to feel better, parent your best and live the fulfilling life you deserve.

  • Parenting for Mental Health

    Are you in the beginning stages of, or trying to better educate yourself, to continue your journey as a parent to a neurodivergent or struggling child? This can be extremely overwhelming and even frightening. Together, we will ensure that you have the knowledge, resources, and confidence that will support you now and into the future.

  • Resilient Parenting

    If you are parenting a struggling child with big, complex, or unsafe behaviors -you may be faced with situations and decisions that are terrifying at times. Crisis plans, alternative schooling, out-of-home placements (inpatient, wilderness, RTC), etc. may be concerns for you. Together, we will evaluate these situations and ensure that you can parent with confidence and safety. You are not alone.

How I Work

As a parent of a child with special needs, your plate is overflowing. With my guidance, you can learn to prioritize your responsibilities and make time for your own needs. It's not optional but can be challenging to manage. You are important, and I'll help you rediscover yourself!

You'll have a supportive companion who understands what you're going through. If you're struggling with managing your reactions to your child's behaviors, adapting to a different life, or feeling stuck, we can work through it. It's normal; you don't have to endure this with suffering.

To make progress, be ready to introspect! If it seems daunting, remember that society often silences women, shaping us externally. Now is your time to gain confidence, set your true identity free, and be your best self as both a parent and an individual. There's no limit to what you can achieve!
